Breakfast ingredients are sourced to high quality and cooked to order by host Dave. A communal refrigerator and crockery are available for guests to store and eat takeaways in the breakfast room.
The property sits a 5-minute walk from Llandudno North Shore Beach and 400 metres from Llandudno Pier. Venue Cymru and St John's Methodist Church are within walking distance, and the Great Orme tramway is 5 minutes away. Free on-street parking is available on Arvon Road, though spaces can be busy.
Daily housekeeping is provided, and a guest lounge with a record player, fireplace, and board games is available for relaxation. The front garden has seating for guests to enjoy sunny periods. Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and invoice receipts are supplied for safety and business purposes.
