Also known as The Bay Court Hotel
Llandudno, United Kingdom
Victorian beachfront hotel opposite Llandudno Pier
Bay Court sits directly across the road from Llandudno Pier, placing guests 90 metres from Llandudno North Shore Beach. The adults-only property occupies a historic Victorian building with no steps at the entrance, providing wheelchair access and facilities for disabled guests. A sun terrace and shared garden overlook the seafront, while parking permits are available for the nearby sea front parking spaces.
Each morning includes a full vegetarian breakfast with free-range eggs, hash browns, and vegetarian sausages, served buffet-style from 8:15 to 9:15. Halal and gluten-free options are available on request, and the hotel also offers packed lunches and a snack bar for guests exploring the area. Breakfast choices extend to cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants, juices, and hot drinks, all replenished regularly.
All units come with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player, plus tea and coffee-making provisions including hot chocolate and biscuits. Rooms feature en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and some have sea views or extra-large baths. Ground-floor rooms are available for guests with mobility needs, and luggage storage is provided for early arrivals or late departures.
Bay Court operates a concierge service and offers private check-in/check-out for convenience. Daily housekeeping maintains the rooms, while CCTV, smoke alarms, and key access provide security throughout the property. A shared lounge and TV area allows guests to relax indoors, and the hotel provides safety deposit boxes for valuables.
The building retains original Victorian architecture and period decor, distinguishing it from standard seafront hotels. Guests receive a warm welcome with help carrying luggage, and hosts often assist with local travel advice or station drop-offs. The property is designed for adults only, ensuring a quiet environment with no noise after 9 pm.
